If you selected a No Contract membership, your monthly fee is due on the 1st day of every new month. All fees due shall automatically be deducted from your Visa / Mastercard on the 3rd business day of every month, until you inform us you want to cancel.
If you selected a One or Two Year Prepaid membership, your membership automatically ends at the end of the term stated in your membership application form. To ensure uninterrupted access, you may request to continue your membership before the end of your term.
The only way to cancel your monthly deductions is to do so is in-writing at least 3 working days before the start of a new month. You may either fill out a form in person countersigned by a Level Up Fitness staff; or by e-mailing LUF24HR@levelupfitness.com.
In the event of a dispute, only a written confirmation is accepted.
Your membership runs continuously. Freezing of memberships is not allowed at Level Up Fitness Xpress, regardless of circumstances.
The joining and administration fee of RM200 is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you decide to leave, then re-join us at a later date, the most current joining fee will be due once again.
To ensure every member enjoy LUFX equally, we operate a penalty system. There is a fine for not observing the rules of LUFX, such as:
* Not putting weights back after use.
* Excessive grunting, swearing or throwing of weights.
* Deliberate damaging of gym properties, including walls, glasses and mirrors.
* Not wearing a top or sports shoes while exercising.
* Smoking of any kind; leaving bags or bottles on gym floor; or other socially unacceptable behavior.
* Conducting personal training or selling supplements without prior permission.
* Not using your own card or wristband through the turnstiles.
* Using your card/wristband to let other people (members or non-members) into the facility.
You will receive a warning on first offence. Thereafter, you will be liable to fines ranging from RM5 to RM50. Continuous flouting of rules may lead to membership termination.
If you have any monthly membership or penalty fees, please settle them as soon as possible or you will be denied entry. A late payment fee of RM10 per month will be added if you do not settle any outstanding payment past the 28th of each month.
To enable us to deliver our services to you at the optimum level while counteracting against inflation, your monthly fee may increase at the start of every new calendar year. This increase shall never be more than the Consumer Price Index (CPI) percentage rise, as published on www.statistics.gov.my
Level Up Fitness Xpress operates 24 hours and is accessible by members even during unstaffed hours. While every effort is made to safeguard for your well-being, you acknowledge that you will be entering and using the gym at your own risk and will not hold Level Up Fitness Sdn Bhd or its representatives responsible for any losses or damages that may result.
There is no refund on your monthly membership, even if you choose not to turn up. We are here for your well-being, so come regularly to make the most out of your membership.
